Over the past few weeks, Chloe puts all things in her mouth. Just about everything she touches goes straight in the mouth. A little scary, so we are really having to watch her closely. A couple of weeks ago I was eating a frozen yogurt desert and Chloe grabbed it with her death grip and just about dumped it all over her head. The next day, she was eying some kids at a baseball game with ice cream cones. Not only is she getting better with her hands, but I think she is also getting better with smells. She has become very curious about things that smell strong. Hence, this photo.
As I was enjoying a glass of wine at Connie's house, Chloe was like a dog on a bone trying to drink out of the glass. Hard to tell that from this picture, but the combination of her fascination with her mouth and her newly discovered "taste" for smells has resulted in this funny moment. However, we did not actually ever let her drink my wine. No, we are not "one of those" parents.
